UX/UI Designer - Charlotte, NC 12+ months Product Management team is seeking an Experience Design Specialist 3-7 years experience Must have prior design experience at a big bank. Must be able to translate needs into design solutions Able to create wireframes and mock-ups resulting in creation of bare minimum to detailed, realistic, and interactive protypes. Must have hands on experience / familiarity with design tools (ex. Adobe Products, Sketch, Figma) Will be delivering concepts within collaboration across teams framing problems, determining insights, and defining visual designs to serve customer needs. Able to work with partners and teams across various geographies Will be participating in design workshops to connect and build alignment across partner teams. Collaborate with cybersecurity and technology teams to determine business needs, then translating them into engaging and simple design solutions. Design within existing and create new standards to contribute to the team's internal design framework, best practices, and guidelines.
