Sr. UX/ UI Designer Blue Ash, OH (Hybrid Role - Once in a week) Long Term Contract Top Skills: A user-centric approach to business problems. Familiarity with Figma using design systems libraries. Ability to make the complex simple through highly collaborative design thinking and excellent communication. Minimum Position Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Product Design, User Experience, User Interface, User Research or related fields. Any experience in an Agile software environment. Proficient in using design and authoring tools such as Figma. In-depth understanding of UI and design systems; knowledge of latest design trends and their role in the commercial environment. Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Portfolio demonstrating previous experience in UI and problem-solving approaches. Ability to make deliberate, customer-driven design decisions that translate high-level requirements into thoughtful, intuitive, functional interfaces. Work closely with Senior Product Designers, product managers, software engineers, other designers, and user researchers. Foster seamless collaboration within the design team and cross-functional stakeholders.
