Selkirk Sport is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Influencer Partnerships Coordinator to join our expanding team! In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of influencers, lead our gifting initiatives, develop and oversee contracts, and ensure that all influencer content aligns seamlessly with our brand's vision.

You'll play a crucial role in identifying talent, fostering meaningful content creation, tracking performance, and crafting data-driven strategies to enhance our program's success. Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day operations, communications, and relationship-building with influencers, ensuring they meet deliverables while fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Manage relationships with current influencers, including Content Creators, Ambassadors, and Friends of the Brand, ensuring clear communication, timely brief creation and delivery, and tracking of deliverables.
  • Oversee and execute contract development and management, ensuring all agreements are up to date, being followed, and accurately documented.
  • Take charge of the Gifting Initiative by identifying talent, creating strategic gifting packages, and coordinating orders.
  • Coordinate product orders for marketing initiatives and product launches, strategically selecting influencers that align with campaign goals.
  • Identify potential new talent, create review cases for management, and onboard new influencers, ensuring they feel supported and clear on expectations.
  • Track influencer performance, gather and interpret data, and create monthly performance reports to inform budget decisions.
  • Propose influencer budgets based on performance metrics and campaign goals.
  • Review and manage influencer-submitted content to ensure alignment with campaign vision and brand guidelines.
  • Develop and execute campaign channel plans, selecting the best talent to achieve campaign objectives, and measure the success of these campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas to grow and evolve the influencer program.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, media, and paid ads teams to align influencer strategies with broader company goals.
  • Maintain and update department project management boards, keeping leadership informed of influencer performance and campaign progress.
  • Travel occasionally for events and knowledge-building opportunities.

The Top 10 Requirements:

Required

2+ years' experience in event marketing or production.
