Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group, Sales, Business Development & Marketing Group > Product Marketing General Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and skilled professional to join our product marketing team as a product marketing manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and executing AI product marketing plans for Qualcomm/Snapdragon products and AI developer tools like Qualcomm AI Hub, Qualcomm AI Stack and strong understanding on AI development frameworks and runtimes. These activities include, but are not limited to, 360 marketing plans, technical presentations, keynote presentations, product videos, competitive benchmarking and interact with developers, potential customers/OEMs and outside agencies. Prior experience with product marketing, generative AI knowledge, AI developer tools, developer marketing is required. Many of the product marketing results will be showcased at leading trade shows and events, where this person will represent some of the technologies and products demonstrated and be a Qualcomm spokesperson. This role requires a collaborative approach, working closely with engineering, business development, product management, PR, digital, brand, legal and third-party partners to ensure seamless planning and execution. The individual will be expected to lead the cross functional team and work with product management to spearhead 360 marketing plans, create core messaging, content, webpage copy, launch new products and models and lead promotional activities post-launch. The individual will also be expected to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and lead with an ever-changing calendar and mix of technologies and products, this person must be flexible, able to multitask, act independently, and be proactive. Job Responsibilities: Drive AI hardware and developer tools product marketing Facilitate collaboration across engineering, demo team, marketing, business development, product management, and third-party developers, partners for planning and execution. Develop innovative ideas and concepts to showcase Qualcomm’s products and innovations in engaging and experiential ways. Lead and drive potential customer/partner engagements Train other employees to conduct demos effectively and ensure they are well-versed in the messaging. Serve as the public spokesperson, demo staff at trade shows and events. Collaborate with PR, digital, AR, compliance, legal, brand, and other internal teams to ensure all events adhere to their guidelines. This is an office based position. The preferred location will be in San Diego, CA, but the Bay Area location can be considered as well. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 5+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience. OR High school Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Work experience: 2+ years in engineering, program management, or marketing within the high-tech industry. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. Excellent program management, planning, and organizational skills. Experience with cutting edge AI and gen AI applications Deep understanding on AI developer frameworks and workflows Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. Effective relationship-building and influencing skills. Ability to work and lead in a highly collaborative team environment and build alignment/consensus across technical and non-technical teams. Self-starter, resourceful, and able to effectively operate in a complex, fast-paced environment. Pay range:

$129,700.00 - $194,500.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
