Swig is looking for a dedicated, creative, and organized Short-Form Video Content Creator to join our fast-growing marketing team. In this role, you will be creating engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels to build brand awareness and appeal to our national audience. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for various social media platforms. (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook)
  • Post up to 5 times per week across our social media accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and creatively apply them to our content when necessary.
  • Actively engage with popular videos online by commenting and interacting with other accounts including our own.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with broader campaigns.
  • Analyze performance metrics to continuously improve content strategies.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 
  • Proven experience in social media management and video content creation.
  • Positive mindset. Motivated, excited & takes pride in their work. Teachable & willing to learn.
  • Proficient in shooting and editing videos (using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar software).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) and their algorithms.
  • Ability to work quickly and adapt to fast-paced changes in trends.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for storytelling through video.

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Collaborative, growth mindset, and partnership-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner
  • Valid driver's license
  • Regular and predictable attendance
