Job Overview:
As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers who are seeking service for their vehicles. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a basic knowledge of vehicles and some experience in the automotive industry, but we are open to training the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers with a friendly, professional demeanor and assess their service needs.
  • Advise customers on available services and recommended maintenance or repairs for their vehicles.
  • Create service orders, manage work flow, and ensure timely completion of all work.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication to customers throughout the service process.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and effective repairs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service area and keep customer records up to date.
Qualifications:
  • Basic vehicle knowledge and some experience in the automotive industry preferred (but not required).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong phone skills and follow-up capabilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site.
