We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to fill the role of Graphic Designer and Social Media Coordinator. This hybrid position combines visual design expertise with social media strategy to create engaging content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print, including social media posts, advertisements, brochures, and website assets.
Create branded templates for consistent messaging across platforms.
Design motion graphics, GIFs, and short-form videos for multimedia campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to produce on-brand visuals.
Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing materials.
Social Media Coordination
Develop and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
Monitor social media engagement, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Analyze and report on key performance metrics to optimize content.
Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
Photography and videography experience.
Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Familiarity with SEO and paid social media advertising.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or website platforms like WordPress is a bonus.
