B2B Content and Campaign Marketing Manager

The B2B Content and Campaign Marketing Manager will develop and manage content strategies for B2B web portal(s) content in order to increase channel adoption by existing customers. Content initiatives include stand-alone initiatives as well as integrated campaigns designed to enhance existing content across B2B portals. Responsible for developing and managing all processes and best practices tied to how the Company produce content for the web channel. Identify content gaps addressing opportunities to influence future booking behavior.. Work with content development resources (internal and external) to ensure the consistent development of high quality visual and written content as necessary to support the strategy. Develop, validate and enforce the distribution strategy & processes for all web content.
Your day to day
Responsible for developing and leading content strategy across Agent Portal and all B2B portal sites. Content responsibilities can include hotel specific, brand specific, multi-brand, industry specific and promotional content.
Plan, manage, and execute closed-user campaigns to encourage agents from Global Sales’ accounts to engage with the portal
Works with internal stakeholders to ensure content strategies are aligned with business goals, brand voice and merchandising needs
Documents processes relating to content development, maintenance, distribution and governance. Enforces processes as necessary.
Ensures content development is in line with other marketing calendars and is complimentary of efforts across marketing teams.
Work with regional counterparts to ensure strategies and on-going content development is properly localized and developed.
Ensure content strategy and development efforts are aligned with other key web priorities and goals, such as search engine optimization.
What we need from you
· 6-10 years progressive work-related experience in content strategy, interactive marketing or similar, with a minimum of 4 years professional-level experience in marketing and demonstrated experience designing content strategies required.
Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing large-scale marketing projects from conception through implementation.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement channel marketing content initiatives.
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
Must possess superior problem-solving skills combined with team facilitation skill
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $ 115,000 .This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
