Are you an experienced User Experience professional ready to lead the design of intuitive and engaging digital experiences across websites and software applications? Join our dynamic team as a Lead UX Designer, where you'll collaborate with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to craft user-centered designs and drive innovation in healthcare recruitment technology.
Lead UX Designer Job Responsibilities Design and Oversee User Interfaces for Websites and Software: Lead the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both websites and software platforms. Establish and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products. Enhance and Innovate User Experience: Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and analytics reviews to optimize both website and software interfaces. Implement innovative UX solutions that improve user satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, UI/development teams, and company executives to align design goals with business and branding objectives. Provide strategic UX insights during cross-departmental meetings and ensure cohesive user experiences across all platforms. Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, design-forward culture. Drive Design Strategy for Web and Software Development: Define user-centered design processes tailored for both website and software development. Advocate for accessibility, performance, and seamless interaction across all digital channels. Stay at the Forefront of UX Trends: Research and integrate the latest UX tools, trends, and technologies into website and software projects. Conduct user research to ensure comprehensive design output. Promote continuous improvement and innovation in UX design practices. Requirements
Education, Licensure & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred. Master's degree preferred. Skills & Experience: Extensive experience with design tool Figma and website builder Squarespace. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developers. Strong background in user research, usability testing, and design thinking. Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Jira is a plus. Proven experience designing for both websites and software applications. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills. Ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Comprehensive Benefits Package
