fully a user experience design position
where you will partner with product management, business leaders, and engineering to deliver high quality designs, workflows, and concepts that will affect business outcomes for multiple user types across a huge digital platform. In this role, you will:
Produce new and leverage existing design assets to deliver solutions that will help our users make data-driven decisions quicker and deliver an intuitive, consistent experience across multiple personas in complex scenarios. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design to gather requirements, define problems, and deliver a cohesive experience across a large digital platform experience. End-to-end feature design, creating amazing user experiences that delight our users and evolve a platform that is reshaping an industry. Rapidly visualize, prototype, and explore multiple product directions and validate hypotheses. Interview high-profile users to identify critical business drivers and needs. Apply your deep understanding of UX best practices to drive innovation in your products. Provide solutions to a variety of complex technical and business matters and collaborate with other designers in a supportive environment. Contribute to building out practices and culture across the design organization. Champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity. What you bring to the role:
A Bachelor's of Master's degree in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, human computer interaction, or other related disciplines and 3+ years of UX/UI product design experience. B2B SaaS experience preferred - at a minimum must be able to work in a highly complex domain. Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions. Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design skills, trends, and disciplines as well as high attention to detail. Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity. Experience working with Agile and/or Lean UX environments. Well-rounded presentation skills and verbal and written communication Portfolio that demonstrates high quality design work with examples of producing clarity from ambiguity. Comfort with complexity, and the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs that balance user needs, design quality, and business realities.
