We’re looking for a talented Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist who can bring our brand to life through video, photography, and compelling social media content. You’ll help showcase our work and products across platforms, grow our online presence, and drive customer engagement with creative digital marketing strategies.
Job Summary:
As a Content Creator & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality content for our social media, YouTube channel, websites, and e-commerce platforms. You’ll shoot and edit long-form and short-form video content, plan and execute photo shoots, manage our social media channels, track Facebook ad performance, and maintain product listings on our websites and Amazon storefront. You’ll also update our blog with valuable content, answer customer inquiries, and provide insights for future content strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing & Content Creation:
- Long-Form Video Editing (YouTube):
- Edit wedding dress alteration tutorials, client testimonials, behind-the-scenes videos, and other content for YouTube.
- Add captions, transitions, music, and relevant text overlays to ensure polished, professional videos.
- Create eye-catching thumbnails and optimize videos for YouTube’s algorithm to increase views and engagement.
- Short-Form Video Creation (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts):
- Edit 15-60 second videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, using trends and creative storytelling.
- Ensure videos are tailored to each platform’s format and maximize viewer engagement.
- Add captions, music, and overlays to increase accessibility and boost user interaction.
- Long-Form Video Editing (YouTube):
- Photoshoot & Product Photography:
- Plan, prep, and execute photo shoots for our wedding dress sample shop, coordinating with models, photographers, and stylists.
- Select wedding dresses, choose props, and create a vision for each shoot that aligns with our brand’s aesthetic.
- Direct models during the shoots and ensure the photos capture the beauty and elegance of the dresses.
- Edit and enhance photos to ensure consistency and quality across all media.
- Product Photography & Listing for Inventory:
- Photograph new wedding dress samples, accessories, and other products for both our website and Amazon/Shopmy pages.
- Write compelling and accurate product descriptions, making sure all details are listed correctly for both our inventory and e-commerce platforms.
- Upload and update product listings on our websites and manage inventory to ensure up-to-date stock.
- Social Media & Web Content Management:
- Use content from photo shoots to create engaging social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Write compelling captions and design posts that encourage engagement, promoting both products and services.
- Maintain and update our social media calendar to ensure consistent, timely posting.
- Track social media performance and adjust strategy based on analytics to maximize engagement.
- Regularly update the media on our websites (product photos, blogs, and galleries).
- Maintain the blog with fresh, SEO-optimized content that links to videos, relevant products, and helpful bridal tips.
- Incorporate video links and other useful resources into blog posts to enhance user experience.
- Advertising & Promotion:
- Facebook Ads Management:
- Create and manage Facebook ads for our wedding dress sample shop, targeting specific customer demographics.
- Track the progress and success of ad campaigns and analyze performance metrics to optimize future ads.
- Report on ad performance and adjust budgets or creative strategies to increase conversions and sales.
- Facebook Ads Management:
- E-Commerce & Inventory Management:
- Amazon Storefront & Shopmy Pages Maintenance:
- Maintain and update product listings on our Amazon storefront and Shopmy pages to ensure they are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product availability across platforms.
- Analyze sales performance and adjust product listings accordingly to maximize visibility.
- Log Comments and Questions:
- Monitor and respond to comments, questions, and messages from social media, YouTube, and website visitors.
- Log customer feedback, questions, and commonly asked inquiries to use in future content creation (videos, blog posts, FAQs).
- Engage with customers to build a strong community around our brand.
- Amazon Storefront & Shopmy Pages Maintenance:
Qualifications:
- Video Editing & Photography Skills:
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Experience in shooting and editing both long-form YouTube videos and short-form social media content.
- Strong photography skills, including lighting, composition, and styling for product and fashion photography.
- Social Media Expertise:
- Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Strong understanding of social media engagement strategies, analytics, and best practices.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- E-Commerce & Digital Marketing:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Storefront, Shopmy).
- Familiarity with running Facebook ads and tracking ad performance.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Creative & Organizational Skills:
- Highly creative, with a keen eye for detail in video, photo, and graphic content creation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Bonus Skills (Optional):
- Experience with motion graphics or animation.
- Understanding of the bridal fashion industry.
- Knowledge of blogging platforms and SEO best practices for blog management.
