Overview of Role
Allied Global Marketing's Brand Experience team is in search of a Producer who has experience in managing and executing experiential events such as festivals, pop-ups, stunts, tours, and installations. You will be tasked with producing and managing small to mid sized projects from project initiation through completion. The primary focus is the development and growth of technical/production, managerial, relationship-building and leadership skills. We would like the ideal candidate to be able to take on larger / more complex projects over time, but you will be supported by a wider production team in your development and growth.

- Develop, manage and clearly communicate project team's R&Rs (internally and with clients)

- Proficient in creating, managing/ tracking and reconciling profitable budgets

- Displays diplomacy, sensitivity and a firm hand with clients, partners, vendors as necessary
- Strong (and growing) local and national vendor relationships/networks
- Ability to problem solve and negotiate/resolve conflicts independently
- Demonstrate and implement critical and strategic thinking throughout a project
- Understand client’s KPIs; use to inform thinking / approach/ planning of the project and execution
Responsibilities:
- Produce and manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited production support
- Lead day to day project and client management; work with partners and agencies as appropriate
- Manage internal project team with respect to all communication, timeline and deliverables. Internal project team may include AGM departments (design, creative) and outside vendors
- Lead internal and external status calls/meetings: weeklies, site visits/walkthroughs, final pre-event production meetings, post mortem debriefs etc. (and support/develop all agendas etc. as appropriate)
- Clearly and confidently present concepts, strategy and rationale (in person, phone, hangout) to team members and clients
- Manage, delegate to and train direct reports as a given project or team member requires
- Develop, own and maintain client relationships
- Anticipate and overcome obstacles and challenges, including changes in scope, budget, timeline or client’s priorities with ease
- Lead and manage relationships with core project vendors - venue, AV, catering, talent etc.
- Participate in ongoing design, fabrication, planning and budgeting discussions, with Design and vendors
- Lead, in coordination with Design, the planning and management of install/load in, activation and strike
- Author and maintain key project documents: timelines, production schedules, ROS, project summary doc
- Review, amend vendor, partner contracts (and client LOAs when needed)
- Participate in and contribute to creative/ brainstorms, work with creatives and team throughout project to ensure concepts are meeting the objectives of the project; vet for feasibility as concepts evolve
- Develop, manage, track and deliver profitable budgets
- Assess logistical, technical, operational and administrative resources required throughout different phases of a project, in coordination with Production Manager as appropriate to book resources
- Recognize potential conflicts/situations in advance, have contingency plans prepared, actively change course when necessary
- Keep KPIs and strategy supporting the project top of mind throughout planning, implementation and activations; work with clients and partner agencies to ensure all metrics are captured
- Proactively secure client approvals necessary to use project content / results on AGM site, case studies, social posts
- Ensure post event/project summary doc and afterlife protocol are being followed/implemented

Location
- This position is remote, with an expectation to work from an Allied Global Marketing (NYC/LA) office if/when needed. This position requires on-site hours and travel for site visits and event production.

- The annual salary for this full-time role is $90,000.
