We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate Event Producer to join our Events & Experiences team. This role is located in New York, NY and is on-site.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and success criteria.
  2. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for events, outlining key milestones, resources, and deliverables.
  3. Create and maintain detailed production schedules, aligning teams on timelines for event preparation, rehearsals, and live execution.
  4. Coordinate with AV teams, creative departments, and stakeholder partners to ensure all technical and creative elements are delivered on time.
  5. Lead the on-site execution of live events in our multimedia auditorium, working in partnership with the audio-visual team.
  6. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on event progress.
  7. Analyze the success of each event, providing reports on key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement to refine future event processes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event production, with a focus on live events in multimedia environments.
  2. Proven experience managing production timelines and project plans from concept to execution.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of AV, lighting, staging, and live event production.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and solve challenges in real time during live events.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
  7. Flexibility with hours and early morning start times.

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $47,000 and $102,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
