Overview Kimley-Horn is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Practice Builder to lead and grow our Roadway Design practice in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, or San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities This position is responsible for complex engineering design tasks as well as marketing, client engagement, and the growth of the roadway design practice in Southern CA including Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, San Diego and/or surrounding markets. Additional activities include managing the design and delivery of projects profitably while being actively involved in design issues, partnership with fellow Practice Builders, client engagement and overall project oversight. With success, this individual will enjoy the rewards of performance-based bonus incentives with the opportunity to advance to ownership. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California 15+ years of experience in civil design of local roadways, urban freeways and/or interchanges Experience successfully winning and delivering work in Los Angeles and/or surrounding areas Knowledge and experience with the full life cycle of roadway projects Experience and relationships with Caltrans, local agencies, and/or local municipalities Demonstrated ability to manage roadway projects profitably, while leading a team and collaborating with key stakeholders Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work Base Salary Range:
