This role focuses on managing and optimizing SEO strategies to maximize performance across multiple clients. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
What you'll do: SEO Strategy & Execution: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities. Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and technical SEO elements to improve organic search rankings. Analyze and improve website structure and performance, including page load speed and mobile usability. Monitor search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly. Use tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track and improve organic performance. Implement and manage local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimizations. Paid Media Campaigns: A portion of the position will focus on paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, and programmatic. Perform A/B testing for ad copy, creative assets, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI. Execute and analyze paid search (PPC), display, and social media campaigns to meet performance goals. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance across both SEO and paid media channels, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to measure success against KPIs (e.g., organic traffic, keyword rankings, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates). Conduct competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth. Collaboration & Innovation: Work closely with creative, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive execution across SEO and paid media efforts. Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing best practices. What you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in both SEO and paid media management. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, and backlink strategies. Proficiency with paid media platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, including complex formulas and pivot tables. Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Bonus Qualifications: Experience implementing schema markup and structured data for SEO. Knowledge of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for advanced tracking and event management. Google Ads and Analytics certifications. Proficiency in data visualization tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Familiarity with programmatic advertising platforms such as The Trade Desk or Google DV360. Experience with A/B testing tools like Optimizely or Google Optimize. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO and website optimizations. Why Join Us?
