What you'll do: Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive site traffic and generate qualified leads. Focus on improving CPA and scaling conversion volume. Conduct in-depth research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to maximize ROI. Research and analyze opportunities for optimization across multiple platforms, including SEM, Paid Social, Native Advertising, Display, and Programmatic, and implement effective solutions. Collaborate with the marketing team and design agency to ensure landing pages are conversion-focused and align with campaign goals. Execute and evaluate experiments, such as ad copy variations and bidding strategies, to enhance campaign performance. Stay current with SEM trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Assist in managing and allocating budgets across campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. Develop compelling, high-performing ad copy that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with target audiences. Create, implement, and manage retargeting lists and strategies to boost campaign effectiveness and engagement. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Generate detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations for future strategies. What you need:

2-4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing roles, preferably in a bank or fintech. Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with Display, Native Advertising, Programmatic, and retargeting strategies. Knowledge of SEM best practices, keyword research tools, and A/B testing methodologies. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to track and report on performance Understanding of performance marketing KPIs, including CPA, CTR, CPC, and ROAS. Strong copywriting skills to create impactful ad content that drives engagement and conversions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders. Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Eager to stay up-to-date with industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
