About the role
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative Influencer Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our in-house influencer marketing program. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement through innovative influencer campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Paid Social & Influencer Marketing, the Influencer Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end management of influencer initiatives, from strategy development to performance analysis, while fostering strong relationships with creators and talent managers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Define and execute a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy for evergreen, seasonal, and 360 campaigns, aligning with key business objectives and the omnichannel marketing calendar.
- Identify opportunities to leverage influencers across micro to mid-tier levels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in influencer marketing, creator culture, and social platforms to incorporate innovative approaches into campaigns.
Campaign Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and brand partners to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop, negotiate, and oversee contracts, deliverables, and budgets for influencer campaigns.
- Lead content briefing, review processes, and quality checks to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Oversee whitelisting and paid amplification strategies to maximize the reach and impact of influencer-generated content.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and organizational documents such as workback schedules and content calendars.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) to assess impact and inform future strategies.
- Optimize influencer programs based on performance insights, ensuring continuous improvement and scalability.
- Establish clear processes, rules, and KPIs for influencer programs, ensuring consistent measurement and reporting cadence.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with internal teams (Social, Creative, Media, Analytics) and external vendors to align influencer marketing with overall brand and business objectives.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and supporting the execution of influencer campaigns.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners (e.g., agencies, influencer platforms) and ensure seamless coordination.
The experience you have
- 3-5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing influencer relationships and executing high-growth programs.
- Expertise in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) and influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, AspireIQ).
- Strong understanding of digital and paid social strategies, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Base Salary Range: $134k
