Senior UX Designer (Digital)

Education: Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years in UX Design, including UI design
• Expertise in eCommerce, mobile apps, and responsive web
• Proficient with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and more

Skills:

• Lead creative UX solutions driven by research and metrics
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to improve digital products
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Lead A/B testing and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage usability testing, ensuring valuable insights drive design decisions
• Partner with Product Managers to deliver user-centric designs and experiences
• Champion UX best practices and contribute to design standards across teams

Requirements:

• Experience with user-centered design principles
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver detailed, high-quality work
• Strong knowledge of AGILE methodologies
