Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Integrated Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the US. This role is pivotal in driving iAdvize’s presence in the US market by creating impactful, multi-channel campaigns that align with our growth objectives and pipeline targets. Your Responsibilities
Marketing pipeline ownership
- Set and achieve marketing pipeline contribution targets in alignment with Sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to monitor the marketing roadmap, identify gaps, and implement strategies to ensure objectives are met.
Multi-channel campaign development
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns that generate new business opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.
- Leverage and optimize existing channels (email, paid search, social media, events) while identifying new opportunities for lead generation.
- Manage part of the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation based on performance and ROI.
Sales & marketing collaboration
- Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Sales, ensuring teams are equipped to maximize the impact of marketing-driven leads.
- Partner with Sales to develop account-based marketing strategies, outreach initiatives, and lead quality improvements.
- Support the selling process through measurable contributions, such as accelerating deal cycles and closing revenue gaps.
Partner and customer relationships
- Cultivate co-marketing opportunities with key third-party partners to expand reach and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify and promote customer success stories, case studies, and other content.
Event strategy and execution
- Develop and lead event strategies, including trade shows, to enhance iAdvize’s presence in the US market.
What we're looking for
Experience: 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns.
Strategic Vision: Ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives while understanding key performance indicators.
Collaboration: Strong relationship management skills to work effectively with Sales, Customer Success, and external partners.
Innovation: Creative mindset for ideating and implementing new marketing channels and tactics.
Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams, with a focus on accountability and results.
Budget Management: Proficiency in managing and optimizing marketing budgets for maximum ROI.

- Contract: permanent full time
- Start date: mid-January 2025
- Location: Boston or New-York preferred, also open to full-remote from the US East-Coast.
