Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute affiliate marketing strategies to support customer acquisition and retention Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliates aligned with the company's target audience Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns and report insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in high-growth, direct-to-consumer environments Demonstrated knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms; experience with Impact Radius is a plus Experience negotiating partnership deals with various payment models (CPA, CPM, CPL, CPC, etc.) Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills for performance analysis Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
