BODYARMOR is seeking an intern for Brand Marketing that will be focusing on BODYARMOR spots drink. Over the length of the internship, the intern will work through one brand marketing project. Project will vary by business needs however will be focused on skills needed in Brand Marketing. The project will focus on an important business question that intern will need to leverage multiple skills and responsibilities noted below, to deliver on.

$3,400-$6,700 dependent on job and degree type

BODYARMOR is seeking an intern for Brand Marketing that will be focusing on BODYARMOR spots drink. Over the length of the internship, the intern will work through one brand marketing project. The project will focus on an important business question that intern will need to leverage multiple skills and responsibilities noted below, to deliver on.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development of creative briefs including mockups and entering these briefs into our database to be executed.
- Manage creative deliverable timelines with the Brand Team & Creative Project Manager.
- Assist with weekly sales tracking reports.
- Research & manage competitive tracking reports, trending news, social ideas to keep Corporate Marketing ahead of what the competition is doing.
- Manage product deliveries to influencers and partners.
- Create and present detailed marketing presentations based on company needs.
- Assist in managing timely communication of marketing initiatives to cross-functional groups: commercial, bottler execution, customers teams, corporate and field marketing as well as senior management.
- Provide administrative support for meetings including sending the agenda and taking detailed notes with next steps to cross functional teams.
- Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern-driven meetings, weekly workshops, and final project presentation.
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs with data management, infrastructure updates and security analysis
- Import, clean, manipulate and analyze large volumes of data to help evaluate and solve critical business questions using SQL and other ETL tools.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance standards are followed.
- Participate in a cross-functional team project
REQUIREMENTS:
- Pursuing Bachelor's in Business or Marketing in their Junior year going into Senior year
- Basic analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Utilize strong analysis, creative thinking, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Nielsen database a plus!
- Strong communications skills, including the abilities to translate complex customer data into meaningful insights
- Hybrid working schedule in our Whitestone Queens location (T-W-TH Office) and Remote (M-F) required
- Ability to travel for our Intern Summit in NYC
