In the Marketing Assistant role, you will connect with customers directly to educate them on our brand story, promote new products, and deliver seamless sales presentations. Key Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement—interact directly with potential customers about our client’s products and services to exceed their expectations and close sales
Campaign Execution—assist in planning, delegating, and implementing in-person marketing and sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and drive brand awareness
Market Research—conduct research to identify target audiences, competitors, and opportunities to improve our marketing and sales strategies to stand out in a competitive space
Track Sales Performance—monitor and report on performance and sales to upper management daily
Client Meetings—attend daily client meetings to review new sales opportunities, promotions, brand awareness, and how we can better represent our client's brand

What We’re Looking For In A Marketing Assistant:

Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
Previous experience in a sales, marketing assistant, or client relations role is a plus
