Hammer Made is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion and marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and contributing to the brand's continued growth. This is not a remote position. Onsite needed - Eden Prairie, MN.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the team.
  • Assist in the development, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (email, social media, digital ads, etc.).

Marketing Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, paid ads, influencer marketing, etc.).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, influencers, designers) to ensure timely campaign execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing based on data insights.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Help create marketing collateral for social media & Ad’s creative
  • Help create and manage marketing materials such as product descriptions
  • Collaborate with photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and digital banners.
  • Write and schedule engaging social media posts across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).

Social Media Management:

  • Take lead on developing and executing a content calendar for social media
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage community interactions.
  • Track social media analytics and suggest optimizations for engagement and reach.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for social media growth and brand presence.

Email Marketing & CRM:

  • Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Provide email agency with materials needed for email execution

E-Commerce & Website Management:

  • Support e-commerce initiatives by optimizing product pages, descriptions, and imagery.

Market Research:

  • Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Present findings to help guide marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer insights and provide recommendations for improving brand positioning.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

Advertising & Paid Media Support:

  • Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Track ad performance and provide reports on key metrics.

Administrative Support:

  • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, events, and campaign timelines.
  • Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize and manage marketing assets in shared drives or content management systems.

Requirements:

Skills Expected in the Role: Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in marketing tools Canva, Klaviyo, Shopify.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with graphic design software or video editing tools is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.

Requirements: Experience And Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in a marketing role preferred.
  • Passion for fashion, retail, and the luxury menswear market.
