Title: Marketing Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Draft and maintain marketing collateral (attorney biographies, presentations, website content, brochures, etc.)
- Management of Firm events such as exhibit shows, conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
- Assist with developing content for pitches, presentations, proposals, and RFPs
- Utilize social media platforms to increase traffic and awareness
- Assist with updating the Firm’s WordPress website
- Creation and distribution of firm newsletters, client alerts, and other firm emails using Constant Contact
- Assist in the scheduling, filming/recording, editing, and posting of videos and podcasts, including the writing of descriptions and creation of thumbnails for posting
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations, including templates, graphics, and animations
- Creation of podcasts and other multi-media content as needed
- Using social sites to engage potential new clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing or related experience
- Law firm marketing experience preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of WordPress
- Basic Graphic Design experience using Canva or Venngage
