Job Overview:

 The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to effectively communicate the company's brand, products, and services to the target audience.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Provide administrative support for the department's day-to-day operations. 

·         Contribute to dedicated projects based on established project plans and timelines, providing regular status updates. 

·         Liaise with third-party suppliers, including design, print, installation, and other vendors as required.

·         Ensure adherence to schedules, obtain cost approvals, and manage the delivery of items by the deadline through the approved approval process. 

·         Conduct research for key projects and compile findings. 

·         Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for key campaigns and assist in creating presentations that reflect these ideas. 

·         Manage website updates to ensure all content is current and up to date. 

·         Organize the department's ShareDrive to ensure all documents, files, and images are easily accessible and well-documented. 

·         Build and manage email database

·         Manage the stock of branded items to prevent shortages and ensure new items are ordered as needed. 

·         Generate reports and summaries of marketing activities using a formatted template. 

·         Attend required meetings and ensure all action items are documented and addressed. 

·         Updating the restaurant's menu as needed.

·         Learn new systems and processes as required. 

·         Carry out additional duties as assigned by management.

 

Minimal Essential Requirements:

·         Prior experience leveraging design tools like Canva, InDesign, or similar.

·         Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus.

·         Effectively communicate to guest and team members

·         The ability to work as part of a team, and personal cleanliness.

·         Time management and ability to work under pressure to manage high volume.

·         Active listening and learning skills.

·         Reading and speaking comprehension skills.

·         Discipline to follow set standards.

·         Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
