Position Description
Individuals in this position are responsible for the public relations, marketing and business development activities conducted by the agency including fund raising, marketing and public relations.
Position Expectation

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Meets with local community stakeholders and public figures with the purpose of providing agency services awareness and target agency community support.
- Documents all contacts weekly, with a minimum of 15 contacts a month.
2. Provides information about TCHS, including the foundation, regarding the services available to communities’ not-for profits and for profits agencies’ key individuals.
- Document and report on this activity monthly.
3. Assist, as directed by supervisor, in fundraising activities and other TCHS events.
4. Provide by phone, mail, and/or emails follow up to fundraising donors and other individuals who seek information about donating funds and or services to TCHS. Document to supervision in a weekly report.
5. Assist on representing the agency in different community activities such as but not limited to chamber of commerce events, civic club gatherings, services awareness and job fairs, and others public activities as assigned.
- Document and report on these activities monthly
6. Meets monthly with the assigned director/CEO to review all assignments and activities.
7. Performs other reasonable and related duties as assigned.
Minimum Training and Experience
- This position requires a high school diploma with extensive marketing and fundraising experience. A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with experience in promoting of agency programs and services is preferred.
- Requires the ability to work both independently and as a team member and requires demonstrated competence in the following areas:
- Written and verbal communication skills,
- Interpersonal skills, and
- Public relations.
