Anosh Inc is a capital investment company involved in various industries such as healthcare, real estate, and much more. Anosh Inc's main headquarters is in the Houston area. As we continue to expand into the Middle East, Anosh Inc is seeking a knowledgeable, motivated, and qualified candidate for the Marketing Strategist position to extend our marketing efforts.
This position requires the following responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Developing comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience. This includes conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and assessing the competition to identify opportunities for growth.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Creating a variety of marketing content through digital marketing, social media, emails, websites, and traditional advertising. Leading a marketing team to grow and produce quality marketing campaigns.
- Brand Positioning: Creating and maintaining company branding identity. Reviewing the brand and making recommendations on where improvements need to be done based on client and market needs.
- Digital Marketing: Overseeing digital marketing materials including SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and online advertising to enhance campaigns and drive traffic.
- Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Using tracking marketing systems that analyze data with the strategies in place. Providing weekly reports to review and assess for future improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with multiple teams within the marketing industry to support business goals and growth.
Education and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Worked as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical driven mindset. Proficient in marketing tools and ability to comprehend data to make important decisions.
- Creativity: A creative mind with the ability to develop constant new marketing strategies.
- Communication: Attain professional written and verbal communication skills. Able to explain and deliver complex ideas, strategies, data, and reports in a clear, consistent manner.
- Leadership: Exhibiting leadership qualities and encouraging, motivating, and inspiring others to achieve marketing goals.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changes.
