The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing a cohesive marketing strategy for our group. This includes crafting our positioning, developing a robust portfolio offering, and aligning closely with the sales team to identify and target key market segments to achieve our business objectives in the different markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy with a focus on both strategic positioning and operational excellence.
  2. Define and refine our brand positioning to ensure clarity and relevance across all markets.
  3. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify high-potential markets and customers, setting up targeted actions to drive growth.
  4. Work closely with brand and engagement teams to develop and deploy action plans that reinforce brand visibility and client engagement.
  5. Oversee the creation and management of marketing campaigns to support business objectives, ensuring they are data-driven and results-oriented.
  6. Leverage analytics to measure performance, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders both within the company and with external partners, acting as a trusted advisor on all things marketing.
  8. Manage budget and resource allocation for the various marketing activities, ensuring that the marketing function is run efficiently and within financial constraints.
  9. Keep up with market trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve and introduce innovative marketing tactics.
  10. Implement sustainable marketing practices to reflect the company's sustainability and social responsibility goals.

Experience: Minimum of 12 years in marketing, with proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar role in a multinational or global environment. B2B marketing experience is strongly preferred.

Expertise: Demonstrated experience in strategic and operational marketing, including portfolio management, market positioning, and sales alignment.

  2. Customer empathy to develop customer centric positioning and messaging.
  3. Excellent relationship management skills, with a collaborative spirit to work with senior executives and external partners.
  4. Proven track record in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
  5. Ability to manage and implement change, especially in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  6. International Outlook: Prior experience working in diverse and global environments, with the ability to adapt strategies for different markets and cultures.
