Smartdept. inc. is hiring: Marketing Manager in Washington

smartdept. inc. is searching for a Marketing Manager for a client in the greater Washington D.C. area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the medical space and is comfortable working autonomously on a small team. This is a hybrid, full-time, direct placement opportunity. The pay for this position is expected to be $105,000 - 120,000 annually.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall business goals
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI
• Create and manage content for the company's website, social media channels, and other marketing materials
• Develop and manage relationships with key media outlets and agencies
• Track and analyze marketing data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related setting
• Experience in using social media platforms and other digital marketing channels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics)
• Experience in CMS' (WordPress or similar)
• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
