Marketing Manager - The Dailee

The Dailee, a fast-growing paper and digital planner company catering to aspiring Type A personalities, is seeking an energetic and innovative Marketing Manager to drive our next stage of explosive growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead product expansion, craft impactful go-to-market strategies, design creative marketing campaigns, and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage overarching brand strategy and holistic marketing calendar inclusive of website, social media, email, photography, product and packaging design.
  2. Manage cohesive brand efforts by aligning website design, social media, and email campaigns with the brand's identity, including graphics, photoshoots, and product.
  3. Create creative development of new products, packaging, and creative for Shopify pages.
  4. Spearhead opportunities for product expansion while maintaining excitement around current offerings by developing campaigns to showcase how products enhance productivity, tracking, and planning.
  5. Manage and prepare Shopify store, including product pages, content uploads, and minor theme edits within the platform.
  6. Drive end-to-end development and execution of email and SMS campaigns, including creative build, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
  7. Oversee external digital marketing partners, including paid media agency, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and execution of marketing strategies while managing performance and deliverables.
  8. Develop and test website improvements like upselling, bundling products, limited-time offers, and streamlining the checkout experience.
  9. Innovate new methods to attract customers to the brand including emerging technology, non-traditional media strategies, and new techniques.
  10. Strong experience managing a marketing vehicle such as digital media, e-commerce, or social media.
  11. Understand customer needs and trends for customer segments in order to develop long-term customer relationships.
  12. Explore new sales and partnership opportunities, such as retail or collaborations.
  13. Work collaboratively to innovate on website features, community engagement, and brand initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. 4+ years of experience in marketing, e-commerce, DTC space, preferably in a start-up, rapidly growing company.
  2. Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Exceptional strategic and metrics-driven skills at both the micro and macro levels.
  5. Experience working in Shopify, including product pages, content uploads, theme editing, and reporting.
  6. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
  7. Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
  8. Strong knowledge of the digital and social media landscape.
  9. Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new platforms and tools.
  10. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail (being type-A is basically a requirement ;)).
  11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team (a self-starter but a team player!).

This job is in-person in our office located in Cedarburg, WI. This flexible, hybrid role will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.
