About the role: As a Marketing Manager at Aquavoss, you will play a crucial role in expanding the reach of the Aquavoss brand across the US. You will collaborate with the founders to develop effective strategies that showcase the products to a wider audience. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
2. Creating lists of influencers in the industry and developing relationships with them.
3. Building partnership programs with influencers.
4. Managing social media accounts for the company.
5. Interacting with the cold plunge online community.
6. Tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing efforts and making data-driven recommendations.
7. Contributing creative ideas to help elevate Aquavoss’s marketing initiatives.

Who you are: You are a motivated self-starter that is passionate about the health and wellness industry. You are creative and can own an entire workflow by yourself with little guidance or oversight. Your qualifications include:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
3. Strong passion for wellness and fitness.
4. Enjoys creating social media content and engaging with others.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
6. Strong understanding of influencer marketing and online advertising.
