Hex Technologies Inc. is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team. We're on a mission to turn everyone into a data person, and we build great products to make this possible. The ideal candidate will partner with our sales, marketing, and product teams to bring Hex to market with a consistent, differentiated story.
What you will do?
- Understand the product deeply from a customer perspective—work with users to understand their needs, how our capabilities address them, and our competitive advantages.
- Create and continuously improve our compelling value proposition that connects our product strengths to customer benefits.
- Drive for consistency, ensuring every Hexan understands and can communicate our value proposition.
- Build strong relationships with our sales team while creating effective pitches, technical content, and product demonstrations.
- Communicate Hex's capabilities through written updates, blogs, knowledge base articles, and launch materials.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to integrate our value proposition into campaigns, field events, and demand generation programs.

- You're a natural storyteller who enjoys crafting narratives and presenting to groups.
- You think in systems—creating scalable, reusable assets that sales, sales engineering, and other go-to-market teams can easily adopt.
- You're data-driven, with hands-on experience using analytics tools and an understanding of real-world data challenges.
Examples of Projects You'll Work On:
- Design presentations featuring Hex's latest capabilities to help sellers generate new opportunities.
- Create trade show demo strategies that highlight key features, customer benefits, and enable presenters to deliver compelling demonstrations.
- Transform customer success stories into compelling use cases and examples for our website.
This role will be hybrid (1-2 days per week in office) based out of either our San Francisco or NYC office.

The OTE (base + variable pay) range for this role is: $120,000 - $180,000.
The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness & parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience.
