HITRUST is seeking a

Senior Solutions Marketing Manager

to join our dynamic and resourceful marketing team. This individual will play a critical role as a liaison between marketing and product development, ensuring our solutions resonate with the needs of the market while reflecting our strategic goals. As an experienced marketer, this role will focus on developing and executing go-to-market strategies, crafting compelling messaging, and aligning solutions with customer needs and industry trends.

Frisco, Texas office .

Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and other teams to develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for HITRUST solutions, focusing on the needs of the cybersecurity and technology industries. Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, competitive positioning, and trends to refine marketing strategies and content. Act as the primary bridge between marketing and product development teams to ensure solutions meet market demands and are clearly communicated to target audiences. Develop and execute marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, social media, events, and more) to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement. Write and review copy for a variety of marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and tone aligned with HITRUST's brand voice. Collaborate with sales and demand generation teams to deliver sales enablement materials and campaigns that support pipeline and revenue growth. Leverage analytics to measure the success of marketing programs and adjust strategies as needed. Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the technology or cybersecurity sectors. Proven experience in solutions marketing or product marketing roles, with a strong understanding of go-to-market strategies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar marketing automation and CRM tools. Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making. Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
