For our portfolio company Splx.ai we are looking for a PMM who will manage the demand gen/ growth marketing part. As the Product Marketing Manager at SplxAI, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product positioning and messaging - helping define our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You will work closely with Product Management and the GTM Market Team to ensure consistent and compelling market presence and competitive positioning. We are seeking seasoned candidates with a proven track record, preferably those who have been part of marketing and growth teams for cybersecurity companies (with a preference for AI) and SaaS products. What you'll be doing: Product Marketing: Craft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions tailored to our target audiences. SEO & Content Strategy: Lead content strategy to improve search rankings and engage the audience, producing impactful blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing assets. Demand Generation: Design and execute demand generation campaigns using paid advertising, ABM strategies, and email marketing to drive leads and conversions. Marketing Asset Creation: Develop high-impact marketing assets, including product briefs, datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations to showcase SplxAIs value. Marketing Operations & Automation: Leverage tools like HubSpot to automate marketing workflows, optimize campaign performance, and improve efficiency. Events, PR, and Communications: Help with coordinating PR campaigns and managing event marketing efforts to build awareness and drive engagement. Market Research & Insights: Conduct customer and market research to identify trends, pain points, and competitive positioning. Use insights to influence product development and marketing strategies. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketing initiatives, campaigns, and content performance to drive continuous improvement and maximize ROI. What we're looking for: Minimum of 2.5 years experience in marketing for cybersecurity SaaS products, with a strong preference for AI-related solutions. Expertise in GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning for technical and business audiences. High proficiency in SEO, content strategy, demand generation, and marketing automation (HubSpot experience preferred). A creative storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach.
