JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for demonstrating a high level of competency in the marketing functions of the financial institution. Assists with the development, implementation, and administration of marketing objectives, while championing the Bank's brand image.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for demonstrating a high level of competency in the marketing functions of the financial institution. Assists with the development, implementation, and administration of marketing objectives, while championing the Bank's brand image.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists with the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve profitability goals.
- Conducts market research and analyzes customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategies for product and service development.
- Manages content for the bank's website, social media channels, in-lobby displays, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement.
- Assists in the creation of annual marketing plans, including budgeting and resource allocation. Monitors the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusts strategies based on performance metrics.
- Coordinates the creation, proofing, and distribution of marketing materials for print, digital, and audio campaigns, working with vendors and agencies as needed.
- Supports the planning and execution of newsletters, press releases, events, sponsorships and community outreach initiatives.
- Monitors marketing budgets, tracks expenses, and prepares financial reports to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
- Performs administrative tasks, including record-keeping, correspondence, and maintaining marketing-related systems and tools.
- Ensures all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards and maintains accurate compliance records.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Marketing or related degree preferred.
- Previous marketing experience (1 to 2 years preferred)
- Knowledge of social media optimization.
- Experience with social media platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.)
- Knowledge and familiarity of design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.
- Experience with simple photography and photo editing a plus.
