Position Overview

Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programs, you will craft impactful content that drives our business objectives and resonates with our audiences in regulated industries.

This opportunity requires 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in the B2B, SaaS, or technical domains. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of storytelling prowess and a data-oriented approach to enhancing content performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Spearhead the creation and rollout of a comprehensive content marketing strategy aimed at boosting lead generation, enhancing customer engagement, and increasing brand visibility.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with marketing campaigns, product launches, and emerging industry trends.

Content Development & Leadership:

  • Generate and supervise a variety of content assets, from whitepapers and blog posts to case studies, videos, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce technical, audience-focused content that showcases SIMCO's expertise and value proposition.
  • Ensure all content adheres to SIMCO's voice, tone, and branding guidelines.

SEO & Performance Optimization:

  • Develop and apply SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and effectiveness.
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess content success and refine future strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Engage with demand generation, product marketing, and digital marketing teams to ensure content aligns with overarching marketing aims.
  • Work with design and multimedia teams to create high-quality visuals and interactive content.

Thought Leadership & Industry Impact:

  • Foster thought leadership by pinpointing industry trends and producing content that meets the needs of our target audiences.
  • Highlight customer success stories to illustrate the value of SIMCO's solutions within regulated sectors.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or technical fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage content strategies leading to meaningful leads and engagement.
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities, with a knack for conveying complex topics in an accessible manner.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content management systems (e.g., WordPress), and performance analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with regulated industries or technical markets (e.g., aerospace, biomedical devices) is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related area.
