What You’ll Do:
Create 25 original social media reels each month for TikTok and Instagram
Post 10-20+ times per month on our TikTok account
Engage with followers through comments, reply videos, and feedback
Stay on top of trends and incorporate the latest sounds, hashtags, and styles
Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with Mindgrasp’s brand
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for TikTok and short-form video creation
Proven experience creating TikToks or Reels with engagement
A dynamic, charismatic, and approachable personality that shines on camera
Ability to create high-quality content with attention to lighting, framing, and storytelling
Creative, proactive mindset and eagerness to explore trends
Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
