Are you a retired LPN or RN who still has the heart for helping seniors but no longer wants to work in a clinical setting? Do you love connecting with your community (including Veterans), especially in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

As a privately owned and self-funded company, we take great care in how we allocate our resources, ensuring each decision is made with thoughtful precision. This allows us to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. From our in-house team to our field staff, we are committed to employing and deploying only the most exceptional professionals. With this approach, we confidently deliver world-class care to every patient we serve.

Join our award-winning home care business, proudly serving Prince William County and surrounding areas for over 20 years. With an impeccable reputation for delivering top-tier care, we are seeking a passionate and community-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist to help us continue our mission: enabling seniors to comfortably and safely age in place.

What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with local care facilities, discharge planners, and physician office staff to promote our home care services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with the senior community, especially those in independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing environments.
  • Educate families, facility personnel, and healthcare professionals about the benefits of home care and how it supports seniors’ independence.
  • Represent our business at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A retired LPN or RN with clinical experience, who has a deep understanding of senior care but no longer desires clinical work.
  • Someone who is familiar with local facilities and their staff, including discharge planners and office personnel at hospitals and doctor’s offices.
  • A true “people person” who loves mingling, building relationships, and spreading the word about exceptional care options.
  • Knowledge of senior care facilities in Prince William County and surrounding areas is essential.

Why Join Us?

  • Be a part of a business that has been trusted for over two decades in the local community.
  • Work with a highly respected team committed to helping seniors (& VETS too) stay comfortably in their homes.
  • Enjoy the flexibility and rewarding nature of connecting with your community, without the demands of clinical work.

If you’re ready to use your skills and experience to make a difference in seniors’ lives without returning to clinical duties, we’d love to meet you.

Apply today and become a part of a team that truly cares about the community we serve.
