A company is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their design team in a full-time remote role. Key Responsibilities: Design, prototype, and test information architectures for web-based and software products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user experiences and implement design solutions Conduct user research and maintain design systems and component libraries Required Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design with a relevant portfolio Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Solid understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing principles Familiarity with design systems and basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
