Insight Global is hiring: Technical Writer in Miami

Insight Global is searching for a strong Technical Writer to join a team of one of our large telecommunication clients. As a Technical Writer, you will be assisting the Compliance Operations team to assist in the documentation of the end-to-end customer journey blueprints.
Responsibilities include:
Working with technical counterparts including SMEs, stakeholders, and end u to craft documentation, SOPs, training guides, and more
Take technical content from counterparts and translate into digestible materials that can be understood by all u
Creating and editing templates while staying on top of the everchanging processes of the organization
Support the team in developing user stories in Jira for the backlog

Pay rate range: 50-60/hr

Required Skills & Experience

~8+ years of relative experience
Strong familiarity with SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Strong experience creating documentation and content while ensuring compliance with standards, accuracy, and quality overall
Technical aptitude
Strong communication (written and verbal) skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Auditing experience/background is very ideal
