Location: Deerfield, IllinoisJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $70 - 78 per hourWe are seeking an experienced UX Designer with a strong background in designing user experiences for mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that align with business goals while delivering seamless customer experiences. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape digital experiences for mobile app users, creating innovative solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction. If you are passionate about designing impactful mobile experiences, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities: Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX/UI deliverables using tools like Figma, specifically tailored for mobile app interfaces. Understand target users' needs, motivations, and behaviors to inform mobile app design decisions. Ensure cohesive and consistent user experiences across all touchpoints within the customer journey, with a focus on mobile channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders—including business owners, product managers, engineers, legal, and research teams—to deliver exceptional product design experiences across digital platforms. Work closely with the Experience Design team to identify and prioritize key deliverables and optimize user experiences in alignment with mobile product team goals. Partner with frontend and backend engineers to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into code and delivered seamlessly across mobile devices. Qualifications: Proven experience designing for mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for apps. Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard UX/UI tools. A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and mobile app best practices. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
