JOB PURPOSE
Lead the content strategy, production, and distribution of Acima’s B2B content marketing efforts. Coordinate brand reputation projects for all brands under the parent company, Upbound Group.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute content strategies that position Acima and Upbound Group as thought leaders, building brand awareness.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve brand reputation in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Create and manage a content calendar and distribution strategy across multiple channels.
- Plan, write, and proofread high-quality inbound marketing content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, “how-to” guides, video scripts, etc.
- Work closely with marketing, business development, product, and other teams to establish engaging campaigns and stories for target audiences.
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the company’s brand presence in industry trade publications.
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, engagement, leads, conversions) and communicate insights to stakeholders; collaborate with analytics teams to optimize reporting.
- Keep an eye on the competitive landscape and proactively identify new opportunities for growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing (public relations experience is a plus).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Experience managing public relations agencies and/or vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented, creative problem solver with proven project management skills.
- Understanding of SEO principles.
