Our leading entertainment services client is seeking an Experience Creative Relations Manager for a long-term contract. This role requires someone with experience driving meaningful show awareness/buzz with more tangible, curated ways to interact with our most popular content and in effect, drive long-term revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and tracking high volume key stakeholder feedback on Experiences IP projects.
• Design, implement, and refine workflows that facilitate Experiences' creative reviews, across production and marketing materials.
• Act as point of contact with Content stakeholders to lead Experiences introductory and ongoing communication while managing brand approvals.
• Use diplomatic skills to collaborate and achieve approvals across different stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Experiences' production and marketing departments to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with Internal XF stakeholders and External stakeholders.
• Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and standards.
• Establish operational changes across existing processes for best practice approval, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
• Maintain trackers, status reports, and key process documents as it relates to creative approvals.
• Be the conduit between existing CP teams and Experiences for assets management and data collection.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated, 7+ years of experience in the entertainment or themed entertainment.
• Experience owning operational workflows around IP management and content review and approval processes.
• Strong knowledge of Entertainment. Preference for knowledge for Experiences industry in both permanent and touring experiences.
• An understanding of Experiences creative development design & production timelines and key review milestones.
