Responsibilities:

1. Provide detailed technical guidance in collaboration with cross-functional teams, focusing on specifications, pattern drafting, construction methods, and techniques to enhance garment fit, balance, and overall quality.
2. Maintain clear and consistent communication with overseas vendors regarding development, construction, and fit throughout the product lifecycle.
3. Partner closely with design and product development teams to ensure product specifications are practical, achievable, and aligned with design intent.
4. Develop comprehensive technical packages with precise construction details for vendors to follow.
5. Establish and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure consistency and adherence to company quality guidelines.
6. Oversee fit continuity to ensure all products meet high-quality standards and align with company values.

Requirements:

1. Associate’s degree in fashion, technical design, or a related field.
2. At least 10 years of hands-on experience with software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
3. Strong proficiency in patternmaking techniques with an exceptional eye for detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
