Base pay range

$28.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Must Haves:

1. 4 years experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as other relevant design software.
4. Strong understanding of print production processes and digital design principles.
5. Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related fine arts field

Personality:

1. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Plusses:

1. Is in Jacksonville, FL
2. Not freelance based: mainly works in-house previously
3. Copywriting experience

Day to Day:

1. Create 3D renderings and mock-ups to visualize packaging concepts.
2. Update packaging designs to reflect new product launches or regulatory changes.
3. Design eye-catching point-of-sale displays, signage, and promotional materials, which includes pre-price displays, graphics, and edits.
4. Adapt existing POS materials for various promotions and campaigns.
5. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
6. Capture high-quality product images and videos for marketing materials and e-commerce, including editing and retouching images to enhance their visual appeal.
7. Write compelling copy for trade ads, press releases, websites, and product brochures.
8. Collaborate with brand and agency teams on product branding and marketing development.
9. Work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
