We are seeking a Generalist Graphic Designer to join our US Marketing team. In this role, you’ll create compelling visuals that enhance our brand presence and digital engagement. Your work will play a key role in designing high-impact content that aligns with marketing goals and improves user experience across platforms. Responsibilities:
- Design impactful visuals that reinforce brand identity and drive digital engagement across platforms.
- Deliver captivating image edits and visual content that align with campaign objectives and elevate the customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and creative teams to harmonize design aesthetics with marketing goals and user experience principles.
- Develop integrated digital narratives by combining visual storytelling and strategic branding elements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, adhering to Moderna's design guidelines and high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge designs and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design or a related role, preferably in a marketing or digital environment.
- Expertise in image editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools) and a strong portfolio showcasing impactful visual content.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually engaging designs that align with user experience and marketing goals.
- Experience working on omnichannel campaigns, delivering design assets for digital, web, email, and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to maintain visual consistency across deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance and regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Experience in managing legal, medical and regulatory review processes in the pharmaceutical industry.
