What you will do:

• Search and select relevant bloggers by analyzing the market and identifying influencers that match campaign goals and requests
• Communicate with bloggers and their agents at all collaboration stages, including negotiating terms, discussing budgets, and securing optimal deals for the company
• Curate advertising campaigns by preparing and finalizing contracts, helping bloggers understand advertising briefs, and discussing scripts for content creation
• Perform media planning that includes the development of media plans, performing preliminary analytics and post-campaign result analysis
• Handle administrative tasks, such as preparing contracts and drafting invoices
• Participate in creative processes by joining brainstorming sessions and generating ideas for the company’s projects

What you should have:

• At least one year of experience in Influencer Marketing, working directly with bloggers and their agents. Primary geography: the USA
• Passion for the profession and a firm understanding of social media specifics. We’re looking for someone in tune with trends and familiar with platform and audience nuances
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks on schedule
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities to process and evaluate information
• Basic understanding of advertising and product metrics
• Teamwork readiness with a collaborative mindset
• The ability to generate and present fresh ideas, and a knack for finding creative, non-standard solutions
• Openness and curiosity: a willingness to try new things, investigate trends, and identify ways to implement them in your work
• Required English level: C1
