We are a fast-growing organization with a diverse customer base, and an opportunity for establishing our key marketing efforts across both traditional marketing channels and digital efforts to further fuel our growth.

Marketing Specialist Sought

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support our continued growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the position is a high visibility role in a growing organization that will have a direct impact on the success of the overall business. It is an excellent opportunity to execute a marketing program focused on achieving revenue goals and improving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

What you'll do here:

  1. Deliver tactical execution of the marketing efforts, following direction from business unit leaders.
  2. Develop and maintain ongoing engagement with leaders of each line of business, to understand the unique needs, opportunities, and timing of each.
  3. Develop effective marketing campaigns, with particular emphasis on new clients, creating the marketing funnel, and delivering sales and sales growth against an aggressive revenue plan.
  4. Manage the communication and marketing calendar development to deploy marketing campaign assets across multiple channels, including website, email, social media, direct mail, retargeting, print, and other digital channels.
  5. Work closely with the business leaders to produce and manage a rich content/editorial calendar (including blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and infographics) that builds the DeVivo Companies brand and improves SEO ranking.
  6. Expertise in creating and deploying email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, email automated programs, and precise reporting, analytics, and attribution.
  7. Support the company’s social media profiles and presence through the creation of shareable content appropriate for specific products to spread both our brand and our content. Experience with the use of social media for employee engagement and recruiting is a plus.

What you'll bring to the table:

  1. BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
  2. One to three years of digital marketing experience.
  3. A prior history and a proven track record of working across a cross-functional team.
  4. Ability to track and manage marketing budgets and vendor invoices.
  5. Experience managing agencies and coordinating with outside partners.

You'll be great if you have:

  1. Experience in an environment of multiple business units and product lines.
  2. Strong communication skills and are a creative thinker with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  3. An eye for creating and approving effective and compelling email/website/content/social marketing and working with creative resources to design assets in support of marketing and brand strategy.
