Accor Hotels is hiring: Marketing Executive in Lincoln

Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a Marketing Executive to serve as our storyteller and brand ambassador. This role is perfect for a tech-savvy, creative, collaborative individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the creation and execution of our strategies.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be empowered to develop and curate engaging social content across our platforms. You will support the organic and paid initiatives to enhance our social media presence and grow our online footprint. Additionally, you will create and design monthly e-newsletters, as well as internal collateral for all departments. You will manage and increase the hotels database.

We are seeking a passionate self-starter who thrives on producing excellent digital content while making a significant impact on our brand through strategic marketing tactics. You will develop and implement content marketing campaigns that influence online conversations and foster community engagement.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Knowledge across all marketing areas.
• Ideally have knowledge of Adobe Suites, Canva, CapCut, HTML, and other social media applications.
• Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space.
• Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
