Job Description:

The Associate position represents the start of a media career. You will report to the Sr. Associate and Managers on the team.

You will help with the tactical digital planning and activation process, and provide mid-level strategic recommendations to the senior media team. It requires you to work well in a team-based environment.

You are not expected to have advanced media training, but a successful Associate shows initiative and wants to participate in advanced projects. You will undergo intensive training to learn new skills (both technical and organic) and procedures. You will be encouraged to contribute ideas and insights to benefit our clients.

This role is remote-friendly, but will need to work EST hours. If you are located near an office then you are welcome to go in.

Key responsibilities:

1. Collects and reports buying performance achieved on nominated clients that have Global Buying commitments
2. Ensures that accuracy of data supplied and the declared results meet with potential external scrutiny
3. Effectively communicates benchmarking methodology and productivity targets to local markets
4. Collects data from specific markets using the agreed methodology (client specific) to quantify, measure, calibrate price performance compared to historical price benchmarks – across all media types
5. Identifies data anomalies and also potential delivery issues in market
6. Manages data to normalise benchmarks to maintain as high levels of measurability as possible within the reports
7. Manages preparation and verification of the data for the client reports – both data analysis and supporting commentary
8. Assists local markets and client service teams in dealing with Media Auditor requests / validations

The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $72,450. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
